Having spent time engaging and listening to community members about ways to make City information easier to access, the City of Guelph released its ambitious One City. One Voice. Shared Purpose. plan in 2022.
The City’s 2022 satisfaction survey results show that our residents continue to be happy with life in Guelph and with City services. Last spring, we surveyed Guelph residents to learn about their experiences with City programs and services, customer service, communication, and their perception of Guelph’s quality of life.
In 2022, the City was named one of the Waterloo area’s top employers by Canada’s Top 100 Employers editors. This honour reflects the people who dedicate their lives each day to serving our Guelph community.
